About your new-look 2024 Annual Benefit Statement

We've updated your ABS to make it easier to find the information you need about your super.

You'll be able to see key information, like the change in your super balance or benefit over the last year, on the first page. Information you told us you wanted to be able to find more easily – like a summary of your insurance – is also now right at your fingertips.

Your ABS also now includes explanatory notes on the sidebar for ease of reference.

If you're an Emergency Services Defined Benefit member, you can also easily find the age (in years and months) you are likely to max out based on your current contribution rate on your new statement.

When will my 2024 Annual Benefit Statement be available?

Most members will receive their 2024 ABS by the end of November.^*

We send out ABSs between September and December each year using your preferred contact method (i.e. email or post).

Just a reminder that if you've changed your contact details, you'll need to contact us to update these so we can send you a statement.

 
You don't need to wait for your Annual Benefit Statement to learn more about your super

If you have an Accumulation Plan, Beneficiary Account, or Income Stream account you can see our performance over the last financial year on our Annual returns web page.

You can see all your account details, including your current benefit/account balance as well as contributions and other transactions over the last financial year, through our Members Online system at any time.

* This schedule will be updated if the distribution dates change. Some member statements (for example, where a member has a family law or tax debt) require the inclusion of additional information and may be distributed later than shown in the schedule.
