ESSSuper have engaged CGI Glass Lewis to provide analysis and advice on proxy voting activities for the Accumulation Fund, Company resolutions that ESSSuper will generally vote on include board composition, executive remuneration and capital management. Proxy Voting: Defined Benefit Funds
The Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) manage the proxy voting activities for the ESSSuper defined benefits funds. More information on VFMC’s approach can be found here.
