On Wednesday 17 July 2019, ESSSuper received an award for the best small Government contact centre in Australia.
ESSSuper’s Member Service Centre (MSC) received the National Best in Class (under 30 seats) Government Contact Centre for 2019 for exceptional member service. The award also recognised how the team’s focus on internal culture and service excellence has significantly contributed to broader ESSSuper goals and improvements supporting the public service.
Chief Executive Officer, Mark Puli, said the MSC team’s commitment to providing financial education and meaningful experiences reflects ESSSuper’s focus on putting the member first.
