Thank you for supporting the Victorian community for another year. 

Our office and Member Service Centre will be closed during the festive season, from 2:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 until 8:00am on Thursday, 2 January 2025.

Members Online

During this time, you can continue to access your account and manage your super via Members Online.

Payments for pensions and income streams

Regular pension and income stream payment dates will not change over the festive and New Year period. You can download a PDF or digital pay day calendar from our Publications webpage.

Withdrawals

If eligible, you can request ad hoc partial withdrawals from your ESSSuper account at any time during this period, using Members Online. The standard conditions apply (e.g. you should generally allow up to five business days, must request less than $50,000 and keep at least $6,000 in your account, and can only submit one request per day).

If you’d like to request either a full withdrawal or a partial withdrawal of more than $50,000, please contact us before 2:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024 so we can submit this request for you. Due to the public holidays, payments will likely take longer than usual.
