ESSSuper welcomes Robbie Campo as new CEO

The Board of ESSSuper is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Robbie Campo as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Robbie Campo is a highly respected superannuation executive with more than two decades' experience in profit-to-member superannuation.
Joan Fitzpatrick, President of the ESSSuper Board said Ms Campo has the skills and experience to drive continued success for ESSSuper and its members in the Fund's next stage of growth and development.
"Robbie will bring deep experience and capability to the Fund's strategic and operational goals combined with a demonstrated commitment to long term value creation and our member centric and high-performance culture", Ms Fitzpatrick said. "Our members will benefit greatly from Robbie's wealth of experience in strategy, innovation, member engagement, communication and managing large transformation programs, all gained through her many years as an executive and through her non-executive director roles."

Ms Campo, who is currently Group Executive - Brand, Engagement, Advocacy and Product at Cbus Super, said she was looking forward to working hard for ESSSuper's 128,000 members.

Ms Fitzpatrick also thanked Acting CEO, Mr David Daley.
"The Board would also like to thank David Daley for stepping up to serve as Acting CEO over the past several months. David has done a fabulous job and we are fortunate that the Fund has such depth of talent in its leadership team," Ms Fitzpatrick said.
Ms Campo was appointed after a full market search and was selected from a strong field of candidates. She will commence with the Fund in mid-July 2022.
