Support through COVID-19

During this time of uncertainty, it is normal to feel anxious about the world around you. We are faced not only with the fear of contracting the COVID-19 virus, we are also dealing with the new realities of working from home, temporary unemployment, home-schooling our children and lack of contact with our family members, friends and colleagues. Whilst we navigate through these times it is important to prioritise mental health and wellbeing.

SuperFriend’s wellbeing checklist is an online guide available to members here. The wellbeing checklist can be used to assist you in identify your current responses and behaviours and understand how they could be affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

Importantly, it can help you work out what to focus on to look after yourself and offer ideas on how to regain balance, stay well, or seek support if needed.
